    We are a "paperless" office, using Bond's ADAPT system, which is a fully integrated computerised management system containing details of AES clients, contacts, vacancies and candidate CV database to maximise a Consultant's efficiency and minimise administration.

    We are currently registered with several top recruitment job boards so all of our vacancies are advertised to maximum effect. We maintain details of nearly 80,000 candidates on our database and attract around 500 high quality CVs per month through pro-active marketing and Internet advertising.
