As a Consultant much of your time will be spent on the telephone, working and developing relationships with customers of a quality that allow you to work together to provide business solutions in an efficient, effective and timely manner.

Recruitment is a demanding career since you are not dealing with product but bringing candidates and companies together. As we all know, working with people can be unpredictable! As a result you need to be confident, direct, tenacious, intelligent and an excellent communicator, able to "think on your feet", reacting to situations in real time, anticipating and overcoming objections.
