This is not a get rich quick scheme but it could be described as a "get a life scheme"!
The financial rewards of working with AES are easy to explain; you keep everything you earn less an annual licence fee and a small administration charge for every invoice that is generated and "chased" on your behalf.
For those people who do not know how a recruitment consultant derives income it is simple - we find a customer who is struggling to fill a key vacancy and, if the customer would like help, the recruitment consultant will use their skill to make an introduction of a suitable candidate. Please note all recruiters at AES are trained by AES's Managing Director - he has over 25 years of experience and is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
If the introduced candidate is acceptable to a customer AES will charge an introduction fee for the placement normally calculated as a % of the candidate's first year's salary. The Licence Holder will then invoice AES.
A home-based recruitment consultant with AES will negotiate and agree a fee with a customer. AES charges between 15 and 25% of the candidate's first year's salary. If a candidate joins a company on a salary of £20,000 (a low salary by today's standards) the fee AES could charge, in accordance with our standard terms, would be £4,000. In normal economic circumstances and, after becoming established, 2 or more introductions per month (24 sales per annum) can be achieved by a home based recruitment consultant.
If you are in any doubt about the figures quoted by AES, visit your local employment agency and ask them how many permanent placements per month an established recruitment consultant should make?
