- Permission to use AES's name, reputation and techniques built up over 20 years,
- Three day on site Induction course at AES's head office in Worcester
- 1 day monthly ongoing support training - AES will come to your home if necessary
- Daily telephone and online support for all matters
- Administrative support from AES head office i.e. AES will put onto the central computer system any CV applications you receive and send through to us.
- ADAPT, one of the best recruitment management systems in the world; Adapt allows you to operate in a "paperless" environment from home with the minimum of administration effort.
- AES will provide access to recognised Internet Web Sites so that a home based recruitment consultant can advertise up to 15 vacancies per month and do extensive CV searching to find new candidates
- Invoice processing - Regardless of the size of the invoice, AES will charge £50 to raise an invoice and chase the money on your behalf
The tools and support AES provides should ensure you really can be on the phone and generating business as soon as you have completed your induction training i.e. 3 days after starting on the venture.
