Recruitment Consultant – Experience not essential
Location: Worcester
Earnings: £15k to £20k basic with open ended OTE (potentially £25 to £40K)

If you are tenacious and determined and don’t mind spending 50% of your working time on the phone becoming a Recruitment Consultant at AES in Worcester could be for you.
Qualities required: positive attitude, target and goal driven, influential – must have the desire to be rewarded for your performance.
Training: As well as induction training all AES consultants receive ongoing on the job training covering all 4 of AES’s customer facing services. AES is an Investors in People company.
